The "Kredit-pm / "Credit-memo" can be designed according to your banks requirements regarding layout, content and design.
All information you enter in the service is compiled and packaged into a credit memo. This credit memo is what should go to the Credit-committee at the bank.
When you first enter Kredit-pm / Credit-memo, it is in so-called "Läs-läge" / "read mode" and then you only see the information that is entered in the service itself, i.e. all other potential headings have been hidden. You can only read here and make changes via the "Pages" in the service. The recommendation is to make changes directly in the service and not in Kredit-pm where possible.
There are three modes in credit-pm:
"Läs-läge" / "Read mode" as described above
"Redigera-läge" / "Edit mode" - In edit mode, you can change the text directly in the PM and then the information in the service itself also changes.
"Kommentera-läge" / "Comment-mode" - when it is set to this mode you can add comments directly in the Credit-memo
