The application supports AI-assisted import of financial information from uploaded documents with the help of add-on module Capitex AI Sidekick.
The purpose of the functionality is to help the user read and structure financial data more quickly than with manual entry alone. After the document has been uploaded, the user should always review the interpreted content before it is used in the case.
The AI-assisted import is intended to support the import process, not replace the user’s control. The user should especially validate:
that the correct document type has been interpreted
that the correct periods and year lengths have been identified
that key rows in the income statement and balance sheet have been mapped correctly
that no important values are missing or placed in the wrong table
If the source document has poor structure, unusual headings, or low-quality scanned content, manual review and adjustment may still be needed after the import.
