Deposition / Deposit is that money is set aside in a client funds account with the bank as security for financing.
Provisions are the percentage that must be taken on an ongoing basis from the invoices that the bank handles for the factoring company has. It is set aside until the specified amount has been reached.
The collateral value is normally considered to be 100%, but is decided by each bank, of what is stated in the amount, but the Assumed value can be changed to a lower one.
