You can write comments directly on the Credit PM page. You do this by:
Set Kredit-PM to "Comment" in the upper right corner
Go to the section / heading you want to comment on and place the mouse pointer on the heading and an "orange plus sign" will appear
Click on the plus sign and a comment box will unfold and you can write your comment
The comment then also ends up on the right page in the application / service
