This function is to streamline and quality assure the work of adding a property as security for financing.

Go to the page Säkerheter / Collateral and select the collateral type "Fastighetsinteckning" / "Real estate mortgage" and click on "Import property Sweden".

You can search for information about the property in two ways:

  • Via Property designation - enter municipality and property designation and click on Import

  • Via address - enter address and click Import Basic information about the property is automatically read in as well as mortgage deeds taken out.

Deselect ÖH (Överhypotek) if the bank is to take over these as a first-hand mortgage so that a correct value for the collateral is done.
