There are three different variants that you can register whether it is private or business, they are:

  • Pledge in listed shares - shares that are listed on an official stock exchange / trading venue

  • Pledge in unlisted shares - shares in companies that are not listed on an official stock exchange / trading venue

  • Pledge of a portfolio - here a depository / VP account belonging to a private person or a company is pledged

Listed shares - state which share it refers to, number and what amount these shares are worth as of today's date. The service then automatically calculates the security value.

Unlisted shares - fill in the information in the white fields. Company names are for the shares that are pledged and state how large the ownership share is and what value they are estimated to have. The security value is then calculated automatically according to established regulations. You can change it by clicking on the padlock and entering a new percentage.

Portfolio - fill in the information in the white fields. The security value is calculated automatically according to established regulations.

The comment field is optional to fill in but can be good to clarify if there is something specific you want to highlight with this particular security.
