Prognos / Forecast
On page “Prognos / forecast" you choose between a completely automated forecast which, is set by the admin role at your bank, or a manual forecast. There can never be a mix between the two variants. The case manager actively chooses if the forecast is to be a completely automated version or if it is supposed to be entered manually by the case manager.
When the forecast is in automatic mode the numbers are "read only" and can't be changed by the case manager, see below.

When the case manager changes to Manual forecast / Mmanuell prognos the fields are "unlocked" and he/she can enter data in the fields, see below.

Note! “Suggest forecast” / “Föreslå prognos” will produce the same outcome as the “Automatic forecast” / “Automatisk prognos” and not create a new forecast based on the new entries from the years before.
In order to get every part of the forecast in order the case manager must enter data and/or suggest forecast for the income statement (resultaträkning) and the balance sheet (balansräkning).
Note! The order to work with manual forecast must be:
Income statement (Resultaträkning)
Assets (tillgångar)
Equity / liabilities (Eget kapital / skulder)
If the case manager doesn't update the numbers in the above sequence there will be errors in the balance sheet and therefor in the cashflow as well.
When the forecast is in manual mode the case manager can set information regarding from whom the forecast comes from. There are two sources that can be chosen and they are "Handläggare/Case manager" or "Kunduppgifter/Info from the customer". The default setting is "Manual by the case manager" if no alternative has been chosen.
If the case manager changes to "automatic" the global forecast model will kick in and produce an automatic forecast in accordance to the model your bank has chosen. The numbers the case manager has entered when it was in manual mode will disappear.
