Vitec provides shared hosting for a monthly fee in our own data center located in Umeå, Sweden. We comply with modern security protocols and keep our environments secure through regular revisions. All customer data is of course fully backed up and handled in compliance with current rules and regulations.

When utilizing our shared hosting, Capitex Business Loan can be used as a stand-alone service or be fully integrated with your existing business tools.

With our shared hosting, multiple clients are hosted on the same server, each within their own private application pool containing SSL certificates, binaries, a dedicated database and any specific customer configurations.

For identity and access our recommendation is to integrate our services with your existing business authentication solution like Azure AD or other SAML compatible authentication systems and enable multi factor login for maximum security. This will give your organization full control over Vitec Business Loan users and user rights.

As an alternative, Vitec can provide you with our own Identity and Access Management tool which gives you a control panel for administering users, user rights and also application versions, but at this point without support for multifactor login.

Capitex Business Loan is normally updated once per year for new rules and regulations and in addition it is regularly updated with new features and security updates. Vitec will not force update your service but instead each new version of Capitex Business Loan is always installed and made available as parallel instances for all customers. New URL's for these new instances are sent out through email at release time. This makes it possible for you to move to the new version in a controlled way when suitable and without any down time. Vitec also provides an acceptance test instance for each version, connected to a test database where it is possible for you to evaluate the new version before activation. It is of course recommended to continuously update to our newer versions to stay on top feature- and security wise and we will shut down versions older than last years revisions. New features, fixes and any customer customizations are always only implemented in the latest version.

Capitex Business Loan can be extensively customized through configuration files and Vitec handles any necessary or ordered customizations.
